REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note some items are not returnable as noted for those items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The returned item will be examed for damage. If there is damage ProShop X will send the customer photos of the damage for reference. Damaged items are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items no longer manufactured, accessory products such as thumb protection tape, finger tape, kinesiology type of tapes, ball cleaners, shammy pads, microfiber towels, and items like bowling ball bags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Reason(s) for return request.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Damaged items
- Used accessory items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Where possible, we will photograph the damage of returned item(s).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card (if this was the original method of purchase) or original method of payment, within two weeks of the date we receive the returned item. We are not responsible for shipping return time or shipping fees paid by the customer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ProShop X LLC is not responsible for customer’s bank or credit card companies return fees if any. Nor for shipping return fees.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Items no longer manufactured are non-refundable – all sales of these items are final: no exceptions.
We only replace items if warranted by the origional manufacturer. Items out of manufactured warranty will not be replaced.
To return your product, you should contact us first for a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
